Hi and Thanks for checking our ad. We are motivated to sell our 2009 Itasca Navion IQ DL. It is Class B+ and fully self-contained. It is built on a Mercedes Benz/Dodge 3500 Sprinter Chassis and has a Turbo Charged 3.0 liter, 6 cylinder Diesel Motor. The mileage is 52,493 as of Sept.19th, 2012.
We have made many upgrades to this vehicle.
Inside, a Winnebago Industrys custom-built cabinet directly behind the passenger seat adds a substantial amount of storage and counter space and matches the rest of the interior wood work. We have also added much needed storage and shelving including custom rolling cabinet drawers in the space above the refrigerator and under the kitchen sink and bookcases and hat racks in the bedroom. Also, we have put in an upgraded bathroom faucet and shower head. This makes this a perfect vehicle for a long weekend OR a new home. We have upgraded all the lighting to energy efficient LEDs and both TVs to 19 inch LCD Screens. This vehicle is Satellite Ready with the dish already installed. A Sharp Convection/Microwave oven makes it easier to cook and bake just like at home. We also have added a built in WII game. One of the COOLEST additions we have made is a built in Central Vacuum system. Man, does my wife love this. She has told me that it will be the FIRST thing we add to our new RV.
We have also added a 142 watt Solar system with upgraded coach batteries, BlueSky Charger Controls and a Trimetric Digital Meter for monitoring the batteries, the charging system and the battery usage. There is also a 1500 watt inverter, upgraded battery charger and automatic switches for the shoreline, solar and generator. You can take this RV out for several days and not run out of power as long as the sun is shining and if it is not, there is a 3200 watt LP powered Onan Generator.
On the outside we modified the black and grey water dump stations to make them more accessible and easier to empty. Each holding tank has a Tornado Spray cleaning system installed internally to make keeping them clean as simple as using a hose. On the roof we have installed vent covers on both vents and a Cyclone Vent Topper on the black water holding tack vent to eliminate normal odors that occur. We have included leveling jacks and wired external switches so you can add motors to the jacks if you choose. There are Thule TV hangers with cable and power outlets on the outside so you can move one of the TVs outside to watch on a nice evening. There is also a Flag Pole that is attached on the drivers side so you can display your flags with pride.
The dealer we talked to says these additions all cause the value to decline (duh, they want to get it from us cheap so, they can sell it to you at a HUGE profit) but, we think you will disagree and LOVE them. We have loved this beauty for 3 years and kept it in great condition. Weve never missed an oil change, tire rotation and recently (about 5,000 miles ago) put on a complete set of new tires and about 75 miles ago had the pads and rotors replaced on the front wheels. We have the complete log of all service and minor repairs that we have done for your inspection. We have nothing to hide and are proud of the vehicle.
We are MOTIVATED to sell and are asking a very fair price of $79,000 or Reasonable Best Offer OBO. We will ALSO deliver it to you anywhere in the continental US. What a deal THAT is!
